Payment Options

Payment is required on the completion of each visit. For the convenience of our patients we are able to offer the following payment options:

EFTPOS, Credit Card, American Express, Cheque or Cash (correct money appreciated.)

We have also recently introduced Zip Pay (see ‘payment plans’ below for further information.)

We are pleased to offer HICAPS, so that patients in a health fund can claim directly at our practice and pay only the gap for services. We also happily accept the ADF Family Health Card.

Our relationship with our clients does not extend to their health funds. Although we are happy to provide itemised estimates for treatment, the amount of rebate awarded varies from fund to fund and is a matter for patients and their respective funds.

We also choose not to have a ‘preferred provider’ relationship with private health insurance companies. This is due to the fact that preferred providers are contracted to health funds to provide work at a particular price and this can limit the treatment options offered by practitioners, and their freedom to offer optimal treatment.

Payment Plans

We don’t want you to delay your dental treatment due to finances, so we have partnered with Zip Pay / Zip Money which allows you to have interest free dental treatment and tailor your payments to suit your lifestyle. For more information or to apply for an account, CLICK HERE.

Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS)

For eligible children aged between 2-17 years the Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) provides access to $1095 over two years to cover a range of basic dental services and preventive care such as examination, fissure sealants, small x-rays to check between the teeth, and fluoride applications as well as fillings if they should be needed.

We are always accepting new CDBS patients, and treatment is ‘bulk billed’ for eligible services. The CDBS requires receipt of Family Tax Benefit A or a relevant government payment. If you wish to discuss eligibility for your child, please contact Department of Human Services.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

We welcome and enjoy meeting and treating our veterans through the DVA scheme. New patients are always welcome. Please advise of your gold card member details when scheduling an appointment.
