How do I book a teledentistry appointment?⠀

How can I prepare for my teledentistry appointment?⠀

Your dentist will call you when it is time for your appointment. Please make sure you are in a quiet, private place. Background noise may make the conversation difficult. If it is a video consult we will send a link to the meeting.

What can I expect?⠀

Your dentist will ask you a few questions to confirm that they are talking to the right person. They will then take a history like a regular consultation. They may ask you to describe what you see, or take some pictures which you can email or send through by text. They will then determine whether you need to come into the practice or not.

What if I need an x-ray or prescription?

Should your condition require further investigation, a time will be made for you to attend the practice. Scripts can be faxed directly to your pharmacy if needed. ⠀

What are the limitations?⠀

There are times when we will need to see you and perform an examination and treatment .
